About Alice

Thrive parenting founder Alice Westbrook has worked extensively with children from infancy to adolescence, as well as with parents, carers and educational settings. Having worked for Children's Services and children's charities, Alice is experienced at working with young people displaying challenging behaviour and approaches situations with empathy, enthusiasm and confidence.

As a mother of two lively boys, Alice has experienced first hand many of the highs and lows of parenthood!

Alice has the right balance of knowledge and empathy. She will give you helpful strategies about ways to support both your children's emotional and social development, whilst looking after yourselves.
